	We are so fortunate to be using the newly rennovated Sandman Hotel on Highway #97, right across the street from our city's largest shopping mall - Orchard Park Mall.  Denny's is right within the hotel, McDonald's, A&W, Starbucks, Timmy's, Burger King and so much more are only a couple of minutes away.   Not that you will have a lot of spare time, you can always arrive early to our city and enjoy the Mall or our funky downtown mainstreet "Bernard Ave", which is only 10 minutes away.   Take a ride across our new bridge, hike up to Knox Mountain to get a bird's eye view of our valley, cycle the Kettle Valley railroad trestles, walk along the Mission Park Greenway or head out to Paul's Tomb or visit City Park.  We have lots to enjoy in Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley.  So think about arriving a day early and taking in the sights and sounds of our City!  For more information in regards to pre-conference activities, check out the pre-conference link on this site.  See you soon in K'Town!
