Membership


Membership in B.C.A.S.A.A.

BCASAA is a registered non-profit society incorporated in 2001. We have been active in promoting student leadership opportunities for students and advisors in the province since 1991.

Membership Fee:

Any school or individual involved with student activities is eligible for membership.

The fee is presently set at $25 per school and enrolment begins with the annual fall student leadership conference and is good for the current school year only.

When a school becomes a member, it has the right to one vote at the AGM, although an unlimited number of activity advisors from that school may be added to the mailing list.

membership in a provincial network and access to shared resources, ideas and partnerships
annual Provincial Student Leadership Conference open to members only
annual Advisors conference open to members only
direct e-mailing of BCASAA newsletter 6 times annually
regularly updated website with activity ideas, resources, conference information, funding ideas and links
discounts on various items from partner associations.

Application Procedure:

Any school or individual wishing to become a member will pay the membership fee when they register for the annual Provincial Student leadership conference.

Any school or individual who wishes to join the Association separately from a conference, can contact the registrar with their name, school and e-mail contact information, and mail a cheque made out to "B.C.A.S.A.A.", PO Box 2934 Station Main, Vancouver, B. C. V6B 3X4.
